About the School Counselling Service
The school Psychologist and School counsellor with students, teachers, families, school executive, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school, and the community.
Wellbeing support for schools
The Wellbeing Nurse (WHIN) works closely with the Fowler Road School leadership and wellbeing team to support our students and their families. Their role provides direct support and coordinates access to health and community services. This service is a partnership between NSW Health and NSW department of Education.
School support officer
The Student Support Officer (SSO) works with the school community in partnership with the leadership team, the wellbeing team and families to assist students to develop social and emotional skills through strength-based programs and strategies.
Team Around a School staff
The Team Around a School (TaAS) are non-school-based specialist that work in partnership with Fowler Road School to tailor support for students with additional learning and wellbeing requirements.
School Administrative and Support Staff
Fowler Road School engages a number of additional staff who work both in and out of the classrooms including our School Administrative team and School Learning Support Officers. They support students, teachers and families every day. assists to make our school a welcoming and accessible learning environment to every child.
